SCN Round-Up, 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year defined by meaningful partnerships, operational transformation, and progress across multiple sectors. Despite ongoing uncertainty in global markets, one thing has become increasingly clear: organisations are prioritising insight-led, practical supply chain and logistics transformation — and we are proud to have been part of that journey.

This year, we had the privilege of supporting a wide range of clients as they prepared for growth, improved efficiency, and navigated complex operational challenges. For Manchester-based Tiger Feet, we helped shape a major network redesign, including the relocation of their National Distribution Centre to Bradford. This strategic move, coupled with reorganisation of their cash-and-carry branches and support for expanding e-commerce operations, positions them for stronger service levels and operational resilience in 2026.

Meanwhile, our long-standing partnership with Bestway Wholesale continued as we focused on future-proofing their chilled and frozen network. By evaluating capacity, performance, and resilience, we are helping ensure that Bestway can meet growing service expectations while supporting long-term expansion. Similarly, our work with Southampton Freight Services advanced ongoing transformation efforts across global freight and last-mile cruise logistics, with a focus on process optimisation, cost-to-serve visibility, and building a data-driven operational model capable of supporting rapid fulfilment and premium service delivery.

Across high-stakes sectors, including defence and nuclear, SCN UK completed major programmes in strategy and logistics optimisation for critical national infrastructure, while providing specialist advisory support to several nuclear projects. These engagements reinforced our role in designing supply chains where precision, resilience, and compliance are non-negotiable.

Exhibiting at IMHX in September further highlighted the strength of our partnerships and the vibrancy of the supply chain industry. The conversations and opportunities from the show have already translated into multiple projects slated to begin in early 2026, particularly in network design, warehouse optimisation, automation, and end-to-end transformation.

Reflecting on 2025, we are incredibly grateful to our clients for their trust, collaboration, and openness in tackling complex operational challenges. And to the SCN Ltd team, thank you for your expertise, dedication, and hands-on approach — it is your commitment that enables us to deliver practical, high-impact solutions across every engagement.

As we look to 2026, our focus remains the same: turning operational challenges into opportunities and strategy into results. With clarity, collaboration, and capability at the heart of everything we do, we’re excited to continue supporting our clients as they build resilient, future-ready operations.

Here’s to a successful, transformative year ahead.
